SANITAS BREWING COMPANY TEAMS WITH RUEBEN’S BURGER BISTRO TO DEBUT FIRST BEER
After months of planning, Boulder welcomes new artisanal brewery Sanitas Brewing Company. As a prerelease to their Grand Opening, Sanitas has teamed up with Rueben’s Burger Bistro for a limited tapping of Summer Snow White IPA. Sanitas Brewing Company’s first beer is described as a citrusy, light-bodied IPA with the refreshing qualities of a Wibier. A special tapping of Summer Snow White IPA will be featured at Reuben’s Burger Bistro on Saturday August 24th at 6pm. The Sanitas owners will be on hand to help host the event and give away door prizes.
“Summer Snow White IPA was a fun beer for us to brew,” noted Sanitas cofounder Chris Coyne, “we really wanted to make a refreshing, enjoyable beer but with a twist. I think we definitely put Sanitas’ unique angle on the beer with the addition of organic Valencia oranges and pink peppercorns.”
Summer Snow White IPA is described as a wheat-based India Pale Ale brewed with zesty Simcoe and Zythos hops. The brewers added organic Valencia oranges and pink peppercorns to the beer, resulting in a bright fruity aroma reminiscent of pineapple and tangerine. Summer Snow was brewed as a collaboration beer with Dillon Dam Brewery in Dillon, Colorado and is a limited release.
